Cancellation + No Show Policy

At Juniper Tree Massage, we understand that life can sometimes present unexpected circumstances and plans may need to be changed. However, to ensure that we can provide the best possible service to all our valued clients, we have implemented a 48-hour cancellation policy.

Please take a moment to review the details of our policy:

Cancellation Notice: In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.

This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.

Contacting Juniper Tree Massage: To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact your therapist directly by phone call or text. Your therapist’s contact number can be found at the bottom of your confirmation email. You may also send us an email at [email protected] , but please note that email cancellations must be confirmed by your therapist to be considered valid.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will be considered late cancellations. In such cases, there is a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the service fee.

Cancellation Fees: For late cancellations, a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the service fee will be charged. This fee helps compensate our therapists for their time and helps cover any lost business opportunities.

No-Shows: If you fail to show up for your appointment without any prior notice or contact, it will be considered a no-show. In such cases, the full appointment fee will be charged.

Rescheduling: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we are happy to help you reschedule your appointment whenever possible. However, please note that rescheduling within the 48-hour window will be subject to availability.

Emergencies and Exceptions: We recognize that emergencies and exceptional situations can occur, such as power outage, unfortunate incidence, or weather that requires you or us to have to cancel or be closed during regular business hours, we will consider these on a case-by-case basis. If you have a genuine emergency or extenuating circumstance, please contact your therapist as soon as possible, and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy. It allows us to provide excellent service to all our clients and ensures that our therapists’ time is respected.

We do not issue refunds, if you cancel your appointment before the 48 hour window, your credit remains on your account until you choose to use it when you schedule your next appointment.
